The House



Ocean House can accommodate up to 8 adults in spacious luxury. Each of the two master bedrooms has its own balcony, with magnificent views over the ocean, and its own en-suite bathroom. Each of the two downstairs garden view bedrooms has its own en-suite shower room. A central feature of the main living / dining area is a double fireplace with a free standing floor to roof slate chimney.

The main living accommodation has tiled floors of natural sandstone while the bedrooms benefit from fully fitted carpets.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped and benefits from granite worktops, a breakfast bar and nook.

The Dining area is open plan and with large patio doors that lead onto the ocean facing pool terrace. The fireplace with its free standing floor to roof slate chimney is a great feature, and the stairs lead up to the first floor with its galleried landing and the two master bedrooms.

Sitting Room Area

This area also benefits from being next to the open fireplace and has two sets of patio doors, one leading into the braai room and the other onto the north facing terrace and garden. With its comfortable wicker chairs around the coffee table and mini HiFi it's the perfect place to relax.

TV Nook
Two big comfortable sofas make watching the DSTV television a real pleasure.

Braai (BBQ) Room
Enclosed on three sides but open to the north facing garden side the braai room is an excellent place to entertain. The built in braai draws perfectly and the hardwood table and eight chairs enables everyone to sit down to eat even when the house is fully occupied.

Master Bedroom West



Situated on the upper floor with its own balcony, has fabulous views over the golf course to the ocean. With twin beds, fitted cupboards, separate dressing table and fitted carpets all your needs have been catered for. The en-suite bathroom has sandstone tiled floor and walls together with a marble basin surround, separate bath and walk in shower.

The Terracotta Bedroom


Situated on the ground floor, it looks over the garden with a glimpse of the ocean beyond. With twin beds, fitted cupboards, built in dressing table and fitted carpets all your needs have been catered for. The en-suite shower room has sandstone tiled floor and walls together with a marble basin surround and walk in shower.

The heated infinity pool appears to flow directly into the ocean, and with a patio / veranda and garden to both the north and south side of the house it is possible to choose where best to relax at any time of the day or year.
